1. The following regulations state all rights and obligations in the aspect of preformed services by ESTETYKA Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. Adress: street Emilii Plater 49, Warsaw 00-125, NIP: 5252720759, which is the owner of Pearl Beauty Clinic & Spa.

3. Reservation of treatments can be made by:
3.1. After successful registration and first login on www.pearlspa.pl, user can make a reservation of chosen treatment from presented offer. While reservation is made, customer will decide the date and the service.
4. To successfully preform a reservation, client needs to make a prepayment of 30% of chosen treatment value: bank account PL 67 1140 2004 0000 3202 7716 8314, credit card or by Paypal (plus PayPal fee). If the payment will not be made in 24 hours then the reservation will be cancelled.
5. Prepayment is non-refundable.
6. When the reservation is cancelled in 24h before planned treatment, then appointment can be rescheduled.
6.1. If client will fail to make 3 reschedules (in 3 months period), prepayment will not be returned;
7. When the reservation is cancelled in more than 5h before planned treatment, 40% of paid prepayment will be returned.
8. When the reservation is cancelled in 5h or less before planned treatment or client did not show up (without cancelling the reservation) then prepayment will not be returned.
9. Please arrive at the treatment about 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This time is allocated during the first visit to complete the survey / documentation.
10. In case of being late for the treatment over 10 minutes from the agreed date of booking, the Spa reserves right to cancel the reservation or shorten time of the treatment without the possibility of reducing the price of the procedure.
11. Treatments included in the packages are not subject to additional discounts.
12. Promotions cannot be combined.
12.1 Each promotion or discount has a specific expiry date – it will expire once this period has been reached. Not using the purchased promotion or discount excludes the possibility of using it after the expiry date.
13. The spa is a zone of peace and relaxation: Please do not use cell phones. Spa staff have the right to ask guests who will not comply with the rules of silence, to leave.
1. Clients are eligible to send an information or remark about preformed treatment or mistake made during reservation to an email: email@example.com. Client needs to send his personal data, ordered treatment and details about the flaw.
2. Pearl Beauty Clinic & Spa will answer to such statements in maximum 14 days.
