1. The following regulations state all rights and obligations in the aspect of preformed services by
ESTETYKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA.
Adress: street Emilii Plater 49, Warsaw 00-125 , NIP: 5252720759, which is the owner of Pearl Beauty Clinic & Spa brand.
2. When following regulations are mentioned:
a) user – someone who is using reservation platform or making a reservation by email or phone, for ordering available treatments.
b) treatment – preformed service form area of: aesthetic medicine, hair styling, manicure & pedicure, cosmetology and massage by Pearl Beauty Clinic & Spa; with knowledge and experience to complete it.
3. Reservation of treatments can be made after creation of an user account on site www.pearlspa.pl by reservation system www.beautymenago.pl/b/estetyka;
3.1 Reservation of treatments can be also made by:
• an email send to address firstname.lastname@example.org
• by calling the number +48 506 185 920
4. After successful registration and first login on www.pearlspa.pl, user can make a reservation of chosen treatment from presented offer. While reservation is made, customer will decide the date and the service.
5. To successfully finish reservation process, user is obligated to preform a payment for chosen treatment (full price from menu) in 24 hours after receiving an information about preformed reservation. If payment will not be fulfilled then the reservation will be cancelled. Payment can be made to bank account (PL67 1140 2004 0000 3202 7716 8314), credit card (on line) or by Paypal (plus paypal fee).
6. When the reservation is made sooner that in 24 hours, then user should make s payment for treatment by: card or cash at the reception.
7. When the reservation is cancelled in 24 h before planned treatment, full price paid by the user will be returned.
8. When the reservation is cancelled in the less than 24 h but more than 2 h before planned treatment, 70% of full price paid by the user will be returned.
9. When the reservation is cancelled in 2 h or less before planned treatment, 50% of full price paid by the user will be returned.
10. When user paid for reservation and did not shown up to receive it without cancelling the reservation, then the full price paid by the user will not be returned.
11. Users are eligible to send an information about incorrectly preformed treatment or mistake made during reservation to an email: email@example.com
User need to send his personal data, ordered treatment and details about flaw.
Pearl Beauty Clinic & Spa will answer to such statements in maximum 14 days.
